Prior to launching Mayacama Luxury Real Estate, Christine acquired 10 years of luxury real estate experience selling ultra high-end properties for Concierge Sotheby’s Auctions where she served as Vice President for the Mountain and West Coast Regions. Christine sold approximately $750M in luxury properties ranging from $5M to $50M across the United States and Internationally in some of the most prestigious resort and residential markets.
Her experience lies in strategic global marketing and high level negotiations achieving the best position and outcome for her clients expeditiously. She has worked with elite top agents across the US on complex high-stake transactions for high net worth sellers and buyers alike. Christine’s knowledge of acute pricing, time value of money investments, and the direct correlation of days on market to a property’s trade value differentiates her firm from the rest of the market.
